Our live record - the first time all seven members of the Personal Trainer live band got together in a studio and recorded together - gets a physical release! A lovely white disc of vinyl in a nice white inner sleeve in a nice white outer sleeve. All hand-numbered.

October 1st we'll play some shows at your place. There's an option you can select buying the record to enter a competition, and we might pick you and come play a show in your house.

The first 100 will be sold here, the others will be sold at shows.
